Model
Linguistic model of NLP. It covers the three
main
categories of the meta model, deletions, distortions and
generalizations. Learning the meta model teaches the student how to
identify blocks and at the same time help uncover hidden resources
in their clients. The purpose of the meta model is to help the
client allows the person to get in touch with the deep structure of
unwanted behavior.

What is an outcome? How to design an
outcome.
The
proper questions to ask that will help identify blocks, develop
possibilities and assess motivation. The outcome frame involves
identifying reasons why a person has trouble getting what they
want.

Anchoring
One of the two basic techniques in NLP. What
anchors
are and how they are used to help create positive changes. It also
shows the student how to set up triggers that can instantly access
resource states such as relaxation, motivation, creativity,
spontaneity, confidence, etc.

Traditional anchoring techniques as well as
Wesland
approach to anchoring are discussed on this CD. The student will
learn how to stack and chain anchors. The student is taught when

Milton Model
This are very powerful language patterns
developed by
Milton Erickson. It is so indirect it can put a person into
hypnosis without them realizing it. By using the Milton Model a
student can learn how to reframe a person's language pattern to
help them discover new choices and open up new possibilities. It
also shows the student how to overcome resistance in clients.

Strategies - Tote
Continuing with Milton Erickson's language
patterns
this CD shows you how to verbally reframe someone. How to enter the
other person's model of the world and assist them in creating the
changes they want. How a person does something is covered in the
TOTE or strategy section. This includes what sequence of
representational systems does the person use in any given behavior.
Being able to recognize a person's strategy you can make
adjustments to the less effective strategies thereby helping the
person achieve exactly what they want.
